DESCRIPTION:CPCCLSF4001 – Licence to Erect\, Alter and Dismantle Scaffolding Advanced Level \nUnit of competency details \nThis unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to safely perform advanced scaffolding work. \nScaffolding work involves erecting\, altering or dismantling a temporary structure to support a platform from which a person or object could fall more than four metres. \nThis unit applies to scaffolding work involving:\n• cantilevered hoists\n• hung scaffolds\, including scaffolds hung from tubes\, wire ropes or chains\n• suspended scaffolds \nScaffolding work is undertaken in construction and other industries where temporary structures are erected\, altered and dismantled. \nCompletion of the general construction induction training program\, specified in the Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: Construction Work\, is required by anyone carrying out construction work. Achievement of CPCCWHS1001Prepare to work safely in the construction industry meets this requirement. \nThis unit has a pre-requisite requirement. This requirement may be met by either the successful completion of the unit CPCCLSF3001 Licence to erect alter and dismantle scaffolding intermediate level or holding a valid licence for intermediate scaffolding. \nPre-requisite Unit \nCPCCLSF3001 Licence to erect\, alter and dismantle scaffolding intermediate level \nEntry Requirements for High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) Courses \nTo enroll in a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) course at Platinum Training Solutions\, participants must meet the following entry requirements: \n\nParticipants must be at least 18 years of age.\nParticipants need to provide 100 points of identification\, including photo ID\, to verify their identity.\nParticipants must have a basic command of the English language.
