CPCCLSF4001 – Licence to Erect, Alter, and Dismantle Scaffolding Advanced Level 

Unit of Competency Details

This course provides the essential skills and knowledge required to safely perform advanced scaffolding work. You will learn to erect, alter, and dismantle temporary structures that support platforms from which a person or object could fall more than four metres.

Course Highlights:

  • Cantilevered Hoists: Gain expertise in working with cantilevered hoists.
  • Hung Scaffolds: Learn to erect and dismantle hung scaffolds, including those suspended from tubes, wire ropes, or chains.
  • Suspended Scaffolds: Master the setup and use of suspended scaffolds.

Prerequisites

To enroll in this course, you must have successfully completed the CPCCLSF3001 – Licence to Erect, Alter, and Dismantle Scaffolding Intermediate Level or hold a valid licence for intermediate scaffolding. Additionally, completion of the general construction induction training program, as specified in the Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: Construction Work, is required for anyone carrying out construction work. Achievement of CPCCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry meets this requirement.

The course is conducted over 5 days.

Entry Requirements for High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) Courses

To enroll in a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) course at Platinum Training Solutions, participants must meet the following entry requirements:
