CPCCLSF2001 – Licence to Erect, Alter, and Dismantle Scaffolding Basic Level
Unit of Competency
This course equips you with the essential skills and knowledge to safely perform basic scaffolding work. You will learn to erect, alter, and dismantle temporary structures that support platforms from which a person or object could fall more than four metres.
Course Highlights:
- Modular or Pre-Fabricated Scaffolds: Learn to work with various types of scaffolding systems.
- Cantilevered Materials Hoists: Operate hoists with a maximum working load of 500 kg.
- Ropes and Gin Wheels: Master the use of ropes and gin wheels for lifting and moving materials.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisite units for this course. However, completion of the general construction induction training program, as specified in the Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: Construction Work, is required for anyone carrying out construction work. Achievement of CPCCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry meets this requirement.

The course is conducted over 5 days.
Entry Requirements for High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) Courses
To enrol in a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) course at Platinum Training Solutions, participants must meet the following entry requirements:
